Remember that our discount codes are linked to a minimum spend. Each discount coupon has a different minimum spend threshold. So if you are getting this error at checkout, it means that your order doesn't meet the minimum spending requirements.
Below are the relevant thresholds per coupon code:
- First time buyer coupon: minimum spend = R1,000
- 2,500 Lavish'd Coins coupon for R200: minimum spend = R1,500
- 1,750 Lavish'd Coins coupon for R150: minimum spend = R1,250
- 1,500 Lavish'd Coins coupon for R100: minimum spend = R1,000
