This competition is organised by Inter Table Top Company (Pty) Ltd t/a Lavish’d ("Lavish’d"). By entering this competition, the participant stands a chance to meet JAN and win other JAN prizes (collectively referred to as "the Prizes") by making a purchase of over R1000 on www.lavishd.com.

These Terms and Conditions applies to the Lavish’d Decorex Online Purchase & Social Media Competition campaign:

1. This competition is open to all individuals who are legal residents of South Africa, aged 18 and over. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Lavish’d and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

2. A social media competition will take place from Monday, 29 May 2023 to Sunday, 18 June 2023, in which customers can purchase items from our online store (https://lavishd.com/) to the value of R1000 or more, follow both Lavish’d and JAN on Facebook or Instagram, and stand the chance to be one of 4 lucky winners to win:

• 2 x Decorex Cape Town tickets
• Meet-and-greet with JAN at an arranged time during the Decorex Cape Town exhibition (22 to 25 June 2023)
• A signed copy of JAN the Journal
• 1 x Set of 4 JAN White Wine Glasses in a Gift Box
• 1 x Set of 4 JAN Red Wine Glasses in a Gift Box
• 1 x JAN bottle of Red Wine
• 1 x JAN bottle of White Wine

3. The Lavish’d Decorex Online Purchase & Social Media Competition is valid from 29 May 2023 to 18 June 2023.
4. The Lavish’d Decorex Online Purchase & Social Media Competition will not be honoured for orders placed before 29 May 2023, or after 19 June 2023.
5. The Lavish’d Decorex Online Purchase & Social Media Competition cannot be applied to previously purchased product items and is valid for cash/immediate purchases only.
6. This Lavish’d Decorex Online Purchase & Social Media Competition is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No keep-asides will be permitted.
7. The winners will be randomly selected and notified via email or contact number by Monday, 19 June 2023. The winners will also be announced on Facebook and Instagram.
8. Lavish’d reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Terms and Conditions:

• Only online purchases will be considered and participants who follow both Lavish’d and JAN on either Facebook or Instagram.
• The competition is valid from 29 May 2023 to 18 June 2023. Any purchases before 29 May 2023 or after 18 June 2023 will not be accepted as entries.
• Four winners will be randomly selected. The winners will be notified via email or contact number and further arrangements will take place from there. The winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram. The winners must accept their prize as awarded and cannot be transferred, or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize does not include travelling or accommodation costs to and from Cape Town, and excludes any other costs unless specifically mentioned in these terms and conditions.
• By entering this competition, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Lavish’d, its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, and employees from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this competition or any competition-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
• Lavish’d respects your privacy. By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information by Lavish’d for the purpose of the competition.
• This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa.
