We deliver FOR FREE if your order value is more than R750!

If not, you will have to pay a R100 shipping fee... so go on, add more items to your basket :-)

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 1 and 3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A flat shipping charge of R100 (including VAT) applies to all orders, unless the order qualifies for free shipping (see below).
• Free shipping is offered on orders of more than R500 (after applying any discount or coupon).
• Estimated delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days depending on the delivery address.
• Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

• We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
