Questions we hear before Mother's Day.

When must I order by for Mother's Day delivery? +
Place your order by end of day Wednesday 6 May and we'll get it to any South African address before Sunday 10 May. Metro addresses typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Outlying areas, 3 to 4 working days. Orders placed after Wednesday may still arrive in time for metro addresses, but we can't guarantee it.
Can I include a handwritten note? +
Yes. Add your note in the order notes field at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card with your gift at no extra cost.
Does the 20% off apply automatically? +
Yes. The discount applies automatically in the cart on every eligible product in the Mother's Day edit. No code to enter. If you don't see the discount applied at checkout, refresh the page or message us.
What if she already has it, can I exchange or return? +
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return any unused item in its original packaging. Reach out and we'll arrange a collection courier. Return shipping fees may apply for non-metro collections.
Is everything discounted? +
