How to log a refund/exchange?

  • Send an email to with your order number in the subject of the email.
  • In the body of the email, describe why you are returning the product(s).
  • Ensure you’ve read the Lavish’d Returns Policy before sending your refund request.

What happens after sending your email requesting a refund/exchange?

  • We will review your request and revert back with an answer within 2-3 business days.
  • You have to place the items(s) you are returning into a box that you can seal and label (“return parcel”).
  • We will then send a courier to collect your return parcel from you (we will notify you of the details).
  • Upon receipt of your return parcel, we will inspect your returned item(s), and if we’re satisfied that it complies with our policy, we will process your refund and notify you accordingly.
  • If your refund has been processed, you will receive a credit to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If your exchange has been processed, you will receive your exchanged item(s) within 5-7 business days.
